Result Schroeder-Orgelwettbewerb 2024

19 young organists from 7 countries took part in the 10th International Organ Competition for the Hermann Schroeder Prize. The competition was organized by the Mosel Music Festival and the Hermann Schroeder Society. The competition was divided into a 1st round (video submission), a 2nd round in the Himmerod Monastery (Eifel) and the final concert on 21.9.2024 in the Constantine Basilica in Trier.

  

1st prize: Manuel Pschorn (Wiesbaden, center)
2nd prize: Giacomo Gabusi (Bologna/Mainz, left)
3rd prize: Luise Künzl (Ingolstadt, right)

Sponsorship prize: Chiara Pernecker (Lübeck)
Audience Award: Giacomo Gabusi

Special video prizes for the best interpretation of Hermann Schroeder's variations “Ave regina caelorum”: Dawon Lee (Seoul/Hamburg), Manuel Pschorn (Wiesbaden), Paula Schweinberger (Burghausen), Risa Toho (Tokyo/Merzhausen)
